What Is Included in Denplan?

Denplan covers dental check-ups and minor x-rays, up to the contract’s maximum allowance. It also includes dental hygiene visits within the same limit. Additionally, members receive a 15% discount on certain treatments, although some exclusions apply (details below).

For added protection, you have the option to enhance your plan with Denplan Supplementary Insurance, which covers dental emergencies and injuries. If you opt out of this insurance, your monthly payments will be reduced by 60p.

However, Denplan Essentials does not extend to orthodontics, implants, cosmetic procedures, general anaesthesia or sedation, referrals to specialists, specialist treatments, or antibiotics. For root canal treatments, single-use files are required.
